“How to even begin with coding?” Most of us have this question hovering around our heads till this becomes a frail thought and we’re on the verge of giving up. However, the only way to begin is, to literally begin. If you want to become a developer, and want to design websites, but you’re stuck about getting started, this is quite the reading for you! The bread and butter of this blog is HTML, which might help you to create a basic webpage.
HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is as old as the world wide web itself, for it was…
Coders become profound debaters when it comes to coding with the best programming language. Python, C++ and Java top the list when it comes to competitive programming, their lovers often lure others to join their bandwagon. Though there is no clear winner, yet I personally feel Java should get a little more love when it comes to data structures, specially Linked Lists.
Linked lists are beautiful data structures. They can be imagined like a train with various compartments, separate, yet linked together.The direction of engine can be interpreted as the direction of traversal. …
Graphs are undoubtedly one of the most important data structures we’ll use in real life. From building games to finding applications in social media apps like Instagram and LinkedIn, graphs are terrifically omni-present. Graphs are non-linear data structures, that can be traversed in more than one ways. This ‘more-than-one-ways’ traversal has often confused code newbies to find which one is the correct method, and like democracy, all(here, both) ways are correct.
Breadth first traversal, as the name suggests, is traversing the graph breadthwise — along it’s breadth.
In the above graph (since all trees are graphs) , let us discuss…
While programming, we can come across multiple ways to solve a problem. Though a problem can be solved in many ways, yet understanding the most optimum solution for a problem is what sets a good software developer apart from others. A good program should have two qualities: it should consume less space and it should execute in the least time. For example, if we are given a problem search for an element in array, let us try two approaches:
//linear search approach
int x; //element which is to be searched
int n; //length of array
A modern Indian feminist is, or aims to be, financially independent. She is brown, she is skinny, she is ‘curvy’ and she doesn’t care. She stands up and speaks out. She wears that black bindi between her chatoyant eyes and pairs it with an H&M dress. She goes for handwoven scarfs from Kashmiri haat and organic shampoo from a trusted Himalayan start-up. She is well-read and she is changing the world. In this patriarchal, misogynist society , she doesn’t mind doing whatever she wants, going wherever she wants and wearing whatever she wants walking with a lordly air.
